FFIPL Ethical Trade Initiatives

Fashion Flare International Pvt Ltd are dedicated to full and complete compliance with all laws and regulations applicable to conduct of our business and we follow the below Ethical Trade Practices. We have advised all our workers/staff to strictly follow the ETI code and training in this respect is imparted to all.

1. Child Labour We will not employ/recruit any person below the age of 18 years. Under all circumstances only personnel of 18 years and above shall be employed in accordance with requirements of Indian Labour Laws.
2. Forced Labour We shall not engage in or support forced labour in which a person is obliged to work against his will and where a person is not free to terminate the employment when they choose.
3. Working Hours The regular working hours shall not exceed 48 hours in the working week with one-day off for every seven-day period. Engagement of employees on overtime and wages for this period shall be strictly as per the Indian Labour.
4. Freedom of Association We recognizes the right to freedom of association and right to collective bargaining. Employees are also given the opportunity and are free to interact and bring to the attention of Senior Management any issue of concern.
5. Minimum Wages We respects the right of personnel to a living wage and ensure that remuneration paid to employees shall be in accordance with the National and State minimum wage laws.
6. Health and Safety It is our endeavor to ensure that a safe, healthy work place environment is provided to all employees of the company and shall take adequate proactive steps to prevent accidents in the factory premises.
7. Discrimination We do not engage in or support discrimination in hiring, remuneration, access to training, promotion, termination or retirement based on race, caste, national origin, birth, religion, disability, gender, sexual orientation, age, or any other condition that could give rise to discrimination.
8. Disciplinary Practices We treat all personnel with dignity and respect. We do not engage in or tolerate the use of corporal punishment, mental or physical coercion, and verbal abuse of personnel working with us.
9. CSR Practices We are committed to meet & continually improve all the requirements of Social Accountability Standard, by (a) Conducing our business in a socially and ethically responsible manner respecting human rights governed by National and / or International laws, (b) Monitoring and continually improving the work place conditions related to Health, Safety and Environment.
10. Environment We are committed to providing a quality service in a manner that ensures a safe and healthy workplace for our employees and minimizes our potential impact on the environment. We will operate in compliance with all relevant environmental legislation and we will strive to use pollution prevention and environmental best practices in all we do.
11. Anti-bribery/Corruption It is our policy to conduct all of our business in an honest and ethical manner. We take a zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and are committed to acting professionally, fairly and with integrity in all our dealings. This type of conduct is absolutely prohibited whether committed by employees or anyone else acting on the Company’s behalf. We are also committed to implementing and enforcing effective systems to counter briber.
